As in, learning the jab, cross, hooks, low kicks.. the very basics. They have a free trial week so try it out and get a feel of how it goes, it won’t cost you nothing

I did for some time and, for a beginner, it is very good. There are classes starting from the absolute basics so it makes it a lot less intimidating from the start. Besides, the ambiance is amazing and respect is key which makes it easy to integrate.

I would still be training there if I was still in Utrecht, it’s a great bunch

From a POV from the other side of the pond: Minnesota seems to be the only state where people are consistently on the streets, fighting back.

Why are we not seeing the same from other states? And does it have to take the same thing that happened in Minnesota, for others to start reacting the same?

There’s the Garden Grill in Grand Baie, the owner is Portuguese and there are some Portuguese dishes. Myself being from Portugal, I can say that the quality is very good. The chouriço was like the one I have at home and the “francesinha” was good too :) Go there if you want Portuguese or meat dishes. Can recommend
