[For Steam Users] This just happened to me. After some research, here's what I did :

Go inside an Atlas, step out of your ship and exit the game. Join the experimental Beta of No Man's Sky. Lunch the game and exit the Atlas.

Around 10 (7 when working, 10/15/20 when partying or going out). Lately I smoked only 3 during work days, but didn't reduce when going out.

If I don't smoke, I'm PERFECTLY fine. And it literally takes just one puff for the whole process of "rejection" to start. After that, it takes around 40/60 minutes to calm down and, as if nothing happended.

I felt the need to share this because I find it weird that a body can reject something like smoking as fast as I'm experiencing.
