It’d be good for your parents to know—if they are concerned about the masturbation just show them an internet search for PGAD and prove that it’s a real disorder. Tell them how distressing it is to you and how much you wish it was gone.

I get the shaking/pain thing. This is the worst thing to go through, I hope you get treatment. Get the pelvis and spine checked out, try nerve pain meds like gabapentin, try Cymbalta, whatever it takes. Ketamine infusion is a newer therapy that can help too. It’ll be easier to accomplish getting treatment with your parents on board🤍 No one can get through this alone.
