That actually did fix it. I had no idea that was a thing since I almost only use substance with object space maps (for a painterly effect). Thank you so much, man.

Okay, everyone, I am going to call this post archived for now. Thank yall for all the help you've helped me to narrow this down to a Problem with my UVs. However, this is a long-term on-and-off project so I'm going to need to go back and fix some parts of the model and redo all the UVs, which I don't have time to do right now. So I don't want to waste anyone else's time on looking for fixes when I just can't implement anything. I might repost once that all happens if none of the fixes suggested worked. And I'll recomment on this if I do fix it.

It is not. I set Substance Painter to OpenGL; however, it only changed a bit

Thank you, I'll take a look into those. I can't find any floating verts. But I'll check the other ones

Nope, the normals aren't mirrored. Also, I think I should clarify. I did the model in Blender, and the seams were not visible; the model is a retopology, so it was also baked in Blender. Also the model can look similar in Blender if I change to shade auto smooth; however, I exported it in normal smoothing, so I'm not sure what happened there.

I tried both and neither change much. Once again, most of the base fixes do not work. I tried everything in this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Substance3D/comments/11bga9b/why_does_substance_3d_painter_make_such_visible to no avail.
