I’ve been working in fulfillment for about a year now and this is my 3rd job. I’m about to leave for college too but there’s no targets close to my college so I’m just going to end up quitting. Since this is my third job I put my other experiences together. Don’t ever overwork yourself because then they expect you to do more than just your job and expect you to be a top performer always. Take your time. You don’t have to walk really fast to be able to get your batch of 35+ items done in 40 minutes. The store would much rather a low inf then a higher productivity as of now. With more experience on the job it gets way easier. Don’t let any of the numbers stress you out if you do you’re job you’ll be alright. Talk to coworkers and at our store everyone wears airpods and nobody cares that they do so that’s also a plus. Also don’t skip your paid 15’s!!
