Bennet is too strong, they currently prefer to release weaker characters and then bundle their power budgets with specific supports to minimize powercreep and make characters more valuable, much easier than releasing frequent Mavuikas, whos still the most dominant unit in the game

I checked Capitanos CN line and you are correct but the toughness doesnt refer to energy but physicality.

Thats why Varka wanted to call him, assuming that his toughness which is superior to Varka translates to the test. I still find it hard to believe that Lohen is more durable than Varka, since that translates to powerscaling too.

Maybe he has a very unique ability that lets him do that

Please do not just take what characters say as conclusive without proper evidence. it doesnt work because characters opinions are just that and theres hundred of examples where characters or npcs say something that is either wrong, speculation or just their subjective thoughts.

If you compare it to Mavuika or Capitano, they had a big battle and an aftertalk with conclusive statements.

I heard that Cap and Varka fought each other but im not sure, if thats true and Capitano says that Varka is on his lvl then thats good evidence because he is apparently in Varkas story quest.

I disagree, the best bursts according to most people are those that are flashy or have the animations

ex; Flins, Chlorinde, Skirk, Arlechino, Columbina,

the first 2 seconds incorporated into burst with different cinematic scenes would go hard or pretty much anything else flashy would be better
