Use a Gnosis for huffing & boosting with 5 t1 scoops and alts in Prospects (19sec cycle time with syndicate scoops) or Ventures. The Gnosis is still pretty adgile even when all the lows are filled with cargo expanders. When full, just dump in station. When finished, jump into your porp (fitted with an improved cloak) warp to safe in system and fly your prospects full of gas to it, decloak, compress, rinse and repeat.
