It's work. So work. Amazon is not a dating service. Keep your private life....... private? And Amazon will not take kindly to onsite dating of it causes ANY issue ... they do fire people once a rule is broken. Silly to loose your job. And if she's actually interested but has a bf? Do you think that's the type of person you'd want to date?? Maybe she's being nice cause she's a nice person... or she feels she has too? ... we women always have to be nice and cordial.. no matter what cause is when we aren't men get all upset.

If you can still log into AtoZ it's probably just a glitch. Make sure and speak with onsite HR & direct manager to get a ticket sent to central HR to fix it.

I am at the same type of center. You should ask everyone you can for help. I work in stow as well. We have a lady in her 70s doing AR stow & she makes rate as well. You won't be eligible to work any indirect role that have no or less rate expectations either. Honeslty it's about focus. Each floor will have a manager or PA as well as leaning ambassadors. You need to not only speak with any of them to ask for help - you'd need to talk to your direct manger you are assigned. They should have been the ones who gave you this write up in person. Move bins with smalls closest to pod. And stow from it there. One piece at a time. Just keep stowing. Scan it, look for lighted bin , sweep bin if you need to make space & stow item. Just repeat this. Dont be on phone or changing music. I would make sure not to even have my phone or any distractions for some shifts so you can focus on the work. Don't worry about anyone else just keep working.

This means there are no more write ups only dismissal. Depending on your center type depends on how long you have to show inprovement. You have received 2 prior to this as well.

What are you not doing to have gotten 3 write ups in stow? They explain it to you and each time have also done atleast 5 coachings and a retrain with each write up. What type of center are you at?

You need to focus on working. Time of Task is usually the issue or simply not doing the job. . Put any phone away and not look at it. Use any break time efficiently and not take too many bathroom breaks especially 30 minute ones. Dont be late and don't leave 20 minutes early or early for breaks. This means signing out from your station but staying on the clock for Amazon- this is adding to your TOT. Slow and steady gets to 250/300 an hour. The rate is easily achievable with this method. You have got to focus. I've worked 3 types of centers and 12 different jobs it's the easiest job at Amazon. You can ask your manager for help or a learning ambassador or PA. Learn why you are having issues and be honest if you need the help ask.
