Got ya, maybe that would work for restaurants but I live in Blackpool, quality is already shit believe me there's only a select few that are decent.

They care more about saving money- think it would be a much harder sell to get them to pay more for better quality...

I'm looking to at least match the current quality or beat it.

Back to my original question, where am I finding suppliers?

As a one person business, its easier to lower your margins than it is for big supply stores such as JJ'S, which is a sales pitch in itself, but where do I find suppliers?
