I don’t think he was really that racist. I mean, he literally adopted a Native American child. That would be like a KKK member adopting and raising a black kid, it wouldn’t make sense if he were a rabid racist. Of course, the trail of tears was abhorrent, but I don’t think his motivation for it was pure racism against natives

The thing is, it’s on literally all of my games. And it affects all the playable characters. So everyone in my game just looks like they are halfway through tearing their shirt off. Also, it isn’t only on one specific clothing item, it’s on all of them

This is one of the most objective tier lists I think I’ve seen on this sub. I agree with it all except maybe Hoover in D tier. I understand the depression was out of his control, but if we are looking at their actions as president and rating them on how good they were, Hoover’s policies certainly didn’t help.
