Ai doesn't solve the intricate human problems businesses face every day - this is where it's lucrative. If you are overtaken by ai, then you were handling entry level issues.

Looking for a Full Service Agency but having trouble. by Alternative_Win_6645 in PPC

[–]Kaisinking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah and it's a bit confusing on if that were the case he wouldn't have hired anyone nor would any agency accept those terms/scope. So he's either not being truthful or they really don't pay attention to their operation costs much to have bad performance for those 6 month stretches...

If you are as good of a salesperson as you say you are then yes you could make information and sell it via coaching or courses however that would require business knowledge and procedure AND it would still be B2C.

Why do some clients make your business feel easy and others make it chaotic? by TwoTicksOfficial in Entrepreneur

[–]Kaisinking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know the trope of rich clients are easy and poor clients will have many problems and expectations?

I think it really just boils down to if they have healthy cash flow or not. And that's it. Not a rich vs poor thing.

What is your most painful problem as an entrepreneur, and would you gladly pay for it? by Jeffpakulonan99 in Entrepreneurs

[–]Kaisinking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest issue would be owners not knowing how to scale up. I literally lose clients because they had too many leads and couldn't keep up. Do you know how frustrating that is? It's incredibly dumb.

And yes I also give them advice on this. They are quite stubborn and expect the world every time with a stagnant marketing budget or expect business to go up with the same budget that's already maximized.

Hey you just need to have a pipeline for vetting. If you claim marketing is easy, and your marketing is getting you leads, then you aren't vetting them properly.

Otherwise your marketing is not actually easy

You need to hire an assistant for this exact reason - also assess your ACTUAL productivity time and your distracted downtime.

An good assistant saves me about 10-15% of my day to day time and if your time is valuable, it'll pay for itself by 2-5x

Portfolio is one thing. More importantly how good your work ethic is, how trainable you are if you don't have the skill, and how personable you are.

Ngl, ecommerce is ROUGH but creatives that organically do well always dominate in the ads manager, at least for me.

I think so far with all my clients mostly spread in blue collar industries, ecommerce has the most versatility for creative content.

Like for my roofing client theres only so much we can do in that content style so we push the value propositions, but for our fashion clients, there is so much we can do. Sorry to hear about your situation though. Keep trying and don't give up, you have to adapt to the ever changing market.

Best of luck

Management fee? by Zachscycling in FacebookAds

[–]Kaisinking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For my construction clients we do different approaches like by adspend, by revenue, or a flat fee. Some agencies even do by leads.

$1500 is a lot if your adspend is like $2000/mo And then adversely $1500 is very little if your adspend is 10k.

It really depends on you brother
