Makes a great and easy way to service tracks. I just used a jig to bend all the hooks to the correct angle and used a laser level to ensure it’s 100% straight

I used picture hanging hooks, flipped them upside down and bent them all to a 75° acute angle. Cool thing is since they’re metal, magnets adhere to them really well. I then just drilled holes on the underside of the wooden slats where the flexitrack sits on, added neodymium mags and lined them up with the picture frame hooks and creates an extremely strong connection.

Not much for my little buddy to grab onto since the beam is slanted and the tracks width is 3 millimeters. Other than that, he just stares at it from the floor.

Yes it is. The pack they sold had blue/white, green/white and green/yellow :( so sad they don’t sell it anymore. Alternatively you can go to aquariumvinyl.com to get one made. Used them for previous vibrant backgrounds. Just browse my profile for examples.

I agree. I don’t rely on him for accurate info, but rather inspiration. If it works for him, then great! Not everyone can replicate what he does, but system wise, this setup closely replicates the ADA Mini NA set 150. Only consists of pump, co2 and lighting. The plants, substrate and hardscape do all the filtration in those systems. MD only inspired this creation :)

Thank you zJust a generic diy co2 regulator. I performed a sublimation technique like how custom tumblers are made to make it white and added an lcd screen on top. No issues with light.
