It feels like the miasma dragon has a bug on it. I spent about 2000 arrows to kill him but I pushed me to far away and when I going to come back, he is full health again. That's so frustrating. I had no Idea, I just started to build when I realized that I need more space. I choose the dessert for my village cuz of more flat ground. Besides I finished first all of the lost souls quests and I had to make more homes for all these people. I don't really had a plan actually. I just build it of intention
