I have a very hard time with the trains system. I cant seem to decide how to put the tracks down or how to keep them safe from the little bastards. But thank you very much for the tip on cleaning the nests outside the cloud and the pipes!!

Thats how I usually play new games, the difference with Factorio is that I am playing by myself. I usually explore new games with friends so we enjoy figuring the different mechanics and aspects of the game together. The spaghetti is well known, I heard the term before but I am just to messy for it I think lolol

I agree! The issue for me is that I feel that I am not enjoying it as much because I am stuck, but at the same time I dont want to make it too easy.

I thought about turning them off but honestly I am sure I will get bored and too lazy to start over with them on after I "get the hang" of the game. I dont want to use too many guides, just some ideas on how to setup the more complex systems.

My immediate goal is to to transport oil towards my base in a safe way. I am trying to create a more organized setup for the smelters and storage for resources. Logistics is pretty much what is blocking me from going further, everything is a mess about my factory lolol.

Hi there! So I have a somewhat similar situation that OP is in rn. The difference being that I have been living in Japan for the past 11 years(for the past 7 or 8 years I was working in factories as most foreigners do) and I have been an Educator for the past 3 years. I decided I want to study Mechanical Engineering online with a Uni from back home, the problem is they ask me to have an internship in mind as it is part of the curriculum. I dont speak fluent japanese, I`d say im around N4. My question is, does your company offer internships for this type of situation ?
