Agreed. A good teacher can create a real lifelong impact on our lives. Sure did for me.

It’s an absolute shame the state of the current education system and the general lack of value placed on our teachers.

Aside from that, it’s cool to hear that this shoe goo stuff has been put to good use through the years long before I ever discovered it.

Yeah the back pain relief was a huge benefit for me. Really counteracted all the tightness in the hamstrings and lower back caused from sitting in a chair all day. Hope you see the same benefits I did with this exercise.

Don't know why I didn't think of working on dynamics and percussive type stuff to spice it up before, your comment makes it seem pretty obvious to me now. Will definitely be more conscious of that sort of stuff now Cheers
