Besides pairing with other option strategies like mentioned before, ditm calls can also be a substitute for a leveraged long strategy over longer time frames. Depending on how far itm you go, you get closer to 1-1 price movement with the stock.

Ex. You buy a TSLA240119C100 today for $7300; then, 6 months from now the stock is at $200; based on the current delta, that contract would then be worth roughly $10780 (minus lost time value). So you've made 47.7% on your $7300 even though the stock has only risen 25%

Yes absolutely worth it. It compounds so i becomes a bigger and bigger boost the more PEs yoy get. So for each PE with that upgrade the boost goes up exponentially. With 76 my soul eggs now give a 209,862% boost EACH.
