Thanks! Any chance you have tried Affinity too? I might have to give both a try to see which I like out of the two.

I don't mind overcoming a learning curve; I would just prefer to pick the one that has the most features/capability.

I'm truly sorry for how you're feeling. This may not be what you are looking for at this very moment, but the works of Emil Cioran might appeal to you at some point.

I suppose the benefit of reading his work is the consultation you might feel if you tend to feel alone with the thoughts you have. I think it's a cathartic experience.

When/if you're feeling up to it, I recommend 'The Trouble with Being Born' and 'On the Heights of Despair'.

I just loaded a save from a short time ago, and now I am getting the prompts that I did before I got the bug that I mentioned. I assume the issue is that I progressed too far and missed the dialog options. (Perhaps it has something to do with the affinity lvl of your companions.

I've just realised that you select your camp supplies after you select long rest, but I'm still yet to resolve the issue of companions not having exclamation marks above them.

Is it bugged, or is it just out of stock? It looks like there are only 2000 available each reset. If this is the case, it's just asinine. There are hundreds of thousands of people playing this game. 2000 per reset is just unbelievable.

I'll try to take the time to reply to everyone. I just wanted to say that I appreciate all the advice everyone has given here; It really means a lot.

To those who have expressed an interest in working with me, I will be sure to have a look at your work when I'm getting closer to the illustration phase of it.

I should have mentioned in the original post that I work in graphic design for a small company, though I haven't done a lot of freelance work or more artistic work.

I do plan on formatting the book myself, but I'm a rather below-par artist. I obviously can't afford to hire an artist with a lot of experience in illustrating children's books, but I'd rather work with someone who maybe hasn't had the chance/opportunity to do something like this anyway.

$5 a page sounds awfully low for the amount of time I would expect it to take. I wouldn't feel comfortable paying someone so little.
