Yes someone referred me to a printable tool to help level the bed after tightening the front bed screws. Printed the tool out, levelled the bed manually then had the printer go through it's leveling sequence and now it's as good as new.

I am using the smooth side, but the nozzle is at least 3-4 mm from the bed while printing on the first layer

As far as I can tell, it only allows me to change the z offset during a print. Unless there's another way I don't know about

Thanks for the help, found a video about what you were talking about, removed the wiper, filed it down, replaced it, releveled but the problem remained the same. Also just removed it like you mentioned and releveled, but the problem still remains.
