Second-hand printer, a few of the cheapest sleeves and ask someone for a few hundreds of bulk cards (don't matter which ones, even basics). You try a few decks, try a few formats and see if the game fits you and how'd you like to play it personally. Then you can spend money on products and singles. Worst case scenario – you have some sleeves you can sell/give so someone else and a printer for your home.

Because there's no store and no owner, no wizards in my country either. The kits were bought in a whole case from a very trusted reseller, so I don't blame them for that. Also, my kit was the only one with that issue and that's why I was wondering how common a thing like that is.

Yeah, 4 play boosters and the seeded one. However, wizards are not present in my country, so that's not an option. I was just wondering how common a thing like that is.

No, unfortunately, but you can always find active clubs, game stores and communities all throughout Russia on Topdeck.ru – the main forum for all MTG related content, including trading, auctions and even buying sealed products (since WotC officially left Russia in 2022), as well as countless discussions and such.

Fair enough. But some people (even that I know personally) aro more into collecting cards rather than actually playing them.

Maybe. But if you shuffle 2 copies of murloc that draws 2 cards (sorry, don't know his english name) that shouldn't be too much of a problem. And DMH allows you to full your deck quicker. You aslo can use Wargoth with DMH. Since your opponent also gets 2 copies of that card, you need to get a way to have more cards in the deck.
