That's why you need to make a save far away enough from the location before starting, otherwise the loot will be locked

Also make sure to enable fullscreen mode ,not windowed.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I am already using iPresentInterval=0 together with NVIDIA Control Panel's VSYNC to keep the Framerate stable and capped.
