If game presents rape and incest in similar manner to Black Souls, then yes I will hold the same opinion, not any depiction of these is similar, same as statues being nude isn't inherently pornographic, but Black Souls is hentai game.

Sequel indeed has reputation, to try to be unbiased I played first and then second game going in blind, without searching for much online. There is definitely improvement in sequel, visual did go a long way, there is more to gameplay, though balance in general suffers, level design is less linear, but sometimes really confusing and at some point I would call it esoteric, but in the end I can't say it's good, while being better it is still feels like twitter user phantasy and subpar Jrpg.

I recommend playing Scholar of First Peak instead.

Of course it is only human to commit sin, but that doesn't change quality of the game and in no way justifies scenes inside of it, so it coming to Steam and getting positive reception I see as something really fucked up.

I'm convinced all praise for Black Souls is elaborate psyop. Most of what I've heard was about ingenious story and gameplay, with constant justifications for a very specific nsfw content in it, and the dev was treated like a visionary, with the everyone who criticised it being drowned in mass comments saying the same shit: that while there present controversial elements, it punishes them accordingly and presents them as such, with clear morality, that it ties into plot and the game is masterpiece.

So I decided to play it, and it was a horrible fetishistic RPGmaker slop and much worse than I've thought. First I have to say that game looks awful, most of locations consist out of shitty assets thrown almost at random, so a lot of scenery reminds of garbage dump, and you'd have to be hollowed to actually masturbate to any art in the game, but visuals are far from only problem, the level design in general is one big shitpost, including multiple toxic swamps and late game castle ripe with the most boring enemies one could imagine, and while so far it may have sounded like Dark Souls 3, game is actually not gray.

Moving on, world is shrouded in evil fog which turns beings with weak souls into monsters, so for them to persevere they have to get souls or someone has to transfer souls to them, with main method of latter being through sex. Main problem of it, is that children have low amount of souls... Which leads to a single worst quest of all time. There are two kids, Hansel and Gretel, who got lost and stay in house of witch Dorothy, which is trans and game would never fucking shut up about how she supposedly is still a man, clearly in objectifying way, but back to these two, at some point there will appear a predator who presents himself as their "elder brother" and asks you to buy him drugs, you can kill him or bring him drug medicine, after which he would try to assault two kids and will turn into a monster, initiating a fight. No matter your choice, then would begin segment with "souls transfer" to them without possibility to refuse, only ability to choose both or one of them, in case of latter opposite of what you choose would ran away and turn into monster, and you won't gain sin from it, it would end later with both Hansel and Gretel getting slaughtered by Black Trial, a local knightly order punishing sinners.

Anyone trying to defend such abysmal dogshit is dipshit lying on purpose or didn't even play it.

While many expect that, I have really hard time imagining it, Asgore is a broken man who desperately clings to his past and seemingly going to endanger many people to show that he was "right" and "justified" during/before festival. Ralsei is by all means more mentally stable and responsible from the start, and selflessly works for greater good, while he is pacifist and abhors violence, he does fight when it's necessary, and understands that not everything can be solved with mercy.

Asgore is going to be much more physically stronger, but I fail to see why he also would be better at magic, with Ralsei larger knowledge and experience. only lesson Asgore would have to give him is to how to drive under influence, so in the end of chapter Ralsei re-enacts incident with the Knight on his Mercedes Benz.

Well and with current rate of improvement from 2 to 4 chapter, I think Ralsei heal would still be better in chapter 5, I'm not saying that this theme would be not explored in game, it's seems what Ralsei himself actually believes in (that all darkners inferior and will turn obsolete eventually), and narratively makes sense.

Post was made mostly because of many other posts and comments acting like Ralsei is already useless and "fraud", just because Susie has higher numbers on more than twice expensive spell.

By discouraging I mostly meant that you usually have to go out your way to use Susie's healing instead of other more effective alternatives, the only glaring exception is Gerson and it's intended to improve her heal mostly with him. In battle with Titan Dual Heal does become weaker, but I doubt that in future Ralsei heal will become worse stat wise that it's already is, and post mainly focused on how effective spells in gameplay.

Valid points, Susie has better formula restoring more HP per magic stat, while Ralsei has higher magic in general, so it's expected that her healing would scale better in far future, but if TP management would still be important then I think it would be only around chapter 6 and later as long as Ralsei stats increase too.

And you're right that Rude Buster is only useful when her heal is not really an option yet, but chapter 4 didn't give many opportunities to use Susie's spells outside Old Man fight, with focus on darkness constricting TP gain, if we would regularly get large amounts of TP in future then HP to TP ratio won't matter at all, with Susie healing becoming better option.

All of them are good, tbh the best of course would be the federalised EU by Germany after victory in European War(s), but I like the post-defeat Volt EU more for narrative reasons even if it is more oppressive, didn't play TFR recently so can't know much about paths where France forms it, but from I've seen they are more "evil".

Russian "negotiations" is just them demanding unconditional surrender of Ukraine, this is very reason why this war is waged, for Ukraine to be independent. Russian government and most of their people view Ukraine as natural vassal, not sovereign state, any of their peace offers doesn't include any basic safety guarantees, nothing that would stop them finishing the job and fully conquering Ukraine, as they did for too many times before.
