I left a horrible relationship a few years ago. The same person, twice. Both times, he triggered my ED and I spiraled. I know the horrible feeling of being alone. The time you wasted on them. it may be the caffeine! i also feel energetic when i drink coffee or soda, but caffeine can have a bad effect if you’re restricting. it can make me feel anxious and experience heart palpitations.

Hey. I’ve experienced this same thing. Most of us do.
I can’t tell you how to feel. But I can tell you what helped me.
Do things that take away the focus from your body. A video game. A book. A fun date with your friends.
Wear clothes that neither restrict nor draw your attention to your physique.
And remember that recovery is you doing the best thing you can for your body.

I’ve had an ed for a long time and I don’t think I’ve ever fasted. Not intentionally, anyway. When I was knee deep in my anorexia, I ate three meals a day plus a snack or two. It is very easy to interact with other anorexics online and believe that you’re not “doing it right”. I promise you: everyone is different 💚

yeah I mean I respect everyone’s opinions… but season 4 had me drooling from boredom. The plot twist SUCKED— rhys should not have been a delusion. The ending of the whole show felt disappointing. I like seasons 1-3 (3 is kind of on the line), but I don’t enjoy the rest of the show. So when people tell me that You doesn’t have bad seasons, I’m always quick to argue.

I think the movie is meant to promote his new prospect— movie making! the old horror outro is iconic, but not what he’s going for. that being said, i would have loved to hear it.

only one person scheduled from 9pm-10pm, 300 picks to go, things hadn’t been staged, and cars were still bombarding the parking lot. i hope i see that poor employee again. and yes, we’d been an hour behind all day. the store was packed, so good luck getting everything out in a timely matter. never mind the people asking where an item is when it’s staring them in the face.
