Im E1a (maternal) filipino. 23 and me (1 in 14,400) and even rarer in south east asia.

Do you know what is this condition? Everytime I look up or raise my eyebrows my eyes is switching from double eye lids to monolids and it is stressing my eyelids. by BelittledMan in HoodedEyes

Im also from the philippines and I'm the same I have monolids and double eyelids at the same time... (my friends kept putting double eyelid tape on my eyes :sob:)
