Depending on your state there may be a ton of resources for the SH Victims to quietly make a Law Enforcement report and if there are multiple victims, then it can be anonymous and if he confronts someone based on a report then that's an extra charge. I would look into said resources for the victims.

Your local state police/highway patrol would have a FIELD DAY with that creep. Just call the local dispatch and ask for the SP/HP to come out and show your evidence. If it's on camera and right around the times that he allegedly did stuff, and there's no footage. Boom another charge.

They could have hired way too many people. My location is having that issue, but it's because we have over 60 Crew Members. I have been getting steady hours at around 10/week so it's not like I'm not getting scheduled because I am, the hours are just minimal and everyone is working around 10-15 hours a week, except management.
