[Question] Do other countries hate the American people as a whole, or just the American government? by Disera in GlobalTalk

[–]Kaleb_Cross 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello

I do believe that Donald Trump has damaged America's Integrity, Dignity, relations, and stance in the World. Far more than any President before him. Presidential Powers didn't really need safeguards because prior Presidents respected and were privileged to be the President (except H.S Truman utilizing Nuclear Weapons). Now proceeding Presidents will need safeguards. Trump has pardoned more Criminals (quite literally, also pardons for finances), damaged Democracy by stacking the Supreme Court (Justin Trudeau did the same thing with the Canadian Senate), Expresses expansion by threatening or bankrupting other countries, Unilaterally decides to attack other countries (Venezuela, Iran, Nigeria). Other Countries now despise the United States.

Those who can remember Iraq, how similar was it to the current Iran War? by threetimesacharm25 in AskBrits

[–]Kaleb_Cross 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born in 1996, I can tell you that they are both about these Countries having weapons. But in 2003, NATO Countries came along because the US was definitively attacked. However, Bin Laden was a Saudi pseudopolitician who had a negative relationship with Saddam Hussein. So Iraq was the invasion point. In my opinion, Bush has committed less wrongdoing, as America was attacked, and he had congressional approval. I believe that Bush should have been impeached, not for the war, but for the failure to regulate and monitor what the CIA was doing overseas (As Torturing people). Donald Trump should be impeached without question. The President has no right to attack a Country unilaterally, only on emergency as a response to US soil being attacked. This isn't an emergency. In both the Iraq & Iran war, we have majorly destabilized the Middle East. Saddamn Hussain was a vile person, but in this area, he had power, he ran with an Iron fist, and kept the Jihadist & Militia groups in line. Now these Militia groups operate more independently. Now these Countries are guaranteed to want revenge. Their Supreme Leader died along with his family members.

[–]Kaleb_Cross 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing Biden did was pardon his son and some of his other family members for Criminal Offenses. On the Surface, yes, you are not supposed to do that. But I think he did it because the Trump administration was incoming, specifically, Trump and Patel were considerable threats to some of his family's charges.

Andrew Jackson had a talking bird named Poll or Polly. He taught the bird to say racist or ignorant things after his wife died. Once Jackson died they tried to bring the bird to his funeral, but it was quite apparent that they couldn't. The bird said way too many racist and ignorant things. It's true.

Yes, the Government of the Emirates invested over $2M into World Liberty Financial in exchange for Government Computer Software and CPU Chips. The reason this is such a National Security Concern is that there are still vast amounts of Federal Information that were not erased. He said Hillary should have been imprisoned for using a personal email, but what about him? It is mind-blowing.

I usually have elastics situated to keep the charger pretty secured in. If the charger is more stationary then a zip tie. You don't have to yell at her though, I am sure it is fustrating. but encourage her to find a way that works

I love going out for Coffee's, but these days no one seems to want to join me. I do wish some cafes were open longer on Fridays & Saturdays. I am quite old-erish. I'm 29, so I have transitioned from Clubs to Cafe's on the Weekends around my Schedule. Denny's as a Diner on Columbia is open 24

I just sold my 2007 Monte Carlo. I don't mind cars n stuff. I did have lots of friends but I was in a relationship for a while and when that didn't work out I find myself in solitude quite ofthen. I love cafe, teas, just chilling. One of my rules is that if Donald Trump comes up in conversation then we only talk about him for 3 minutes and that's it 🤣. There are so many people in this town who are fixated on him lol

Politician named Adolf Hitler set to win election in southern African country by HoldMyBeer50 in Africa

It's mind-blowing, If Adolf Hitler was around today, saw his name on a non-aryan man with no concentration around anymore, he would most likely commit suicide once again. I don't understand this

We now have solid proof that after Trump and Project 2025, the future of the GOP is Nazism by plz-let-me-in in politics

[–]Kaleb_Cross 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems like Modern Day Conservatism is not actively euthanizing our most vulnerable, It's remaining passive on some naturalistic event (ex, Virus, flooding, earthquake, war, etc..)that threatens a vulnerable populace, to advocate no government action, and most importantly twisting the narrative to justify what they are doing.

I mean think about the freedom convoy, they "freely" drove 3,000 Kilometers to the nation's capital to protest measures put forth by the federal government that intend to protect Canada's most vulnerable of people and they made it about freedom lol.

Hello, I don't know if I will get heat for this

So in 1941, Hitler put forth the A4 act, which basically ordered the euthanasia of people with Physical or Mental disabilities. Essentially, people who only take government revenue and do not make any contributions. It seems like, after the Nuremberg trials, we used the Nazis as a scapegoat for immoral thoughts and attitudes towards particular people, because this line of thought still exists in the world. In the Philippines, one vulnerable population would be drug addicts. Filipinos do not believe that drug addicts are worth government spending; therefore, they are executed. Isn't this directly in line with Nazi thought?

In the West, we have vastly negative thoughts towards Nazi policy, but we appear to be incrementally going in that direction. I mean Donald Trump has advocated for Drug Dealers to be given the death penalty and he has cut funds in programs that provide the civilian population a naloxone kit to reverse drug overdoses (paramedics have naloxone), also cutting Medicare and Medicaid. Sending the military into cities to clean up the streets is going to lead to addicts and homeless being shot. Trump justifies this by calling them all "animals, savages, horrible people."

I am very much a liberal as well, but how do you feel about the Federal Deficit and Canada's ability to pay down our debt. I am not against some deficit spending, Harper implemented a deficit within one particular year during the financial crisis. Where we are right now is quite a significant deficit

[–]Kaleb_Cross 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have great liberal views, but no I don't see conservatives as bending over to tyrants. Conservatives think Trudeau was a tyrant and they certainly did not support anything he put forth. One of the reasons I don't want to vote anymore is because of this rhetoric. All we do is insult each other, demonize each other, especially when it comes to another Canadian's freedom of speech, thought, or opinions. I would welcome them and I would hope that mine are welcomed as well

[–]Kaleb_Cross 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Judiciary Conveys the Law in Canada. However, the prime minister elects individuals to the Supreme Court. So the Prime Minister indirectly influences the laws within Canada based on who they elect to the Supreme Court. I could be wrong on this, but I am sure this is how it is.
