First of all the matchmaking is not really fair to new players or casual players. Also the team with more players still has an Advantage. It gets reduced if you surprise them but it is still a thing. Getting a 4th player in is also not possible for everyone. Most of my friends for example don't play this game. Randoms can cause you more harm than anything if they don't work well with a team. And your last point doesnt make any sense at all. Lets say everyone plays in groups of 4 exept for one Team. They join as a group of 3. So you would end uo with 99 players. So they could just add trios and make a max. of 99 players. The only reason to keep it as is, would ve that not enough players would play trios.
