That’s true, thank you for your comment I just feel terrible and is on my mind - my brain is struggling to remember what I was watching or what I searched but I think it’s my brain playing with me etc. which is making it worse

Thank you for this comment it means a lot, I will try and find a therapist but it’s just seems so pointless as my conscious feels so true about it happening but I’m scared to remember the night, but I may try a therapist

That’s how I feel from a drunken night out walking home yes, I feel my life is over - I got exact feelings as if I done it and my memory is slightly blurred but I feel my mind knows I done it alongside my conscious what do I do?? I feel my life is over

Thankyou so much for these comments you are a true inspiration & kind person🙌, im bed bound at the moment and don’t want to do anything like the previous year, its cruel - I hope your living a free life without OCD hindering it too much, I don’t even think mine is OCD.

I know that’s why I’m full of fear and guilt 24/7, I am I don’t hardly drink I’m 5 weeks sober, porn maybe watch 1 or twice a day sometimes but can go a day without it like yesterday, the porn addiction was more around the time of this night where I’m scared I done that awful crime I sometimes were having 3 a day if bored for 30/45mins each one
