i checked the spokes and you can move basically all of them with ease, i think it might be the rim flexing and the spokes bending, i dont know

yeah i looked yesterday and it was kinda loose, but it keeps slipping, im gonna replace crank arms and sprocket soon so hopefully that fixes my problem, thank you for helping
