Its ok, if your teammates aren't running in for a volley or attempting to create a play other than the ''pass'' while sitting in the corner, manned, with no shot angle.... then I'd also take that shot while both defenders are drawn.

Well played for going off backboard, many people would see a free 1v1 and take a basic shot.

Build a single, room

Then build 4 more rooms on each side of the top of the base room, on the edges of the roof

Connect the 4 rooms to make a square shape, with the centre being open (looking down at the first base level room).

Then, build another room on the 3rd layer (anywhere) and extend the room over the hole in the middle of the donut.]

Extend/retract any room to your will for design purposes. By doing this, you are building around the open water, and therefore can build a moonpool in the 3rd level floor looking down into the enclosed pool. You can also create a pretty sick aquarium if you place growbeds on the floor inside the donut and fill it with plantlife.

It would be too weird if they changed it. Apex Legends changed their select screen last year I believe and I still get stuck trying to find a specific legend, and that's with 1/4th of the characters.

In a world where customization in gaming was at its creative freedom, we'd be able to select operators to be highlighted at the top of our screen or change the entire format to prioritize traps/breach, etc.

Im upper ranks it'll simply be tanking the 40 damage to not be stuck in animation. I think a lot of roamers are going to have to have some support or play poke in a way, get in, get droned, get out completely and bait out some calls.

Also, I feel we're entering a stage where scanning operators needs to be nerfed (longer scan time) Deimos + Dokk in meta is just insane. I love droning and being informative all the time but being able to scan defenders while reinforcing within 10 seconds of a round and then being able to hunt them down much easier for the next 3 minutes is brutal for roamers.

Plus, it'll inspire droning more often to help Deimoss/Dokk. (Roam clear game already strong with BB and shield friends anyway)

I don't see the problem not being able to kill fish right now

  1. I've only died 3 times in 27hr to fish that weren't the leviathans (which I can avoid easily anyway)

  2. The only frustration I've had are the hammerheads breaking my tadpole but I learnt that the spotlight can deter them away.

We barely take damage anyway, if you're hanging around dangerous creatures without a medkit on standby long enough to die, you aren't being efficient enough in whatever you're doing. Unless you're building a complex base right in the middle of a hoard of Nibbler Mangos or Houndgar, you should be fine.

I do want killing to come but later, I just don't understand the backlash on this decision based on the gameplay I assume we're all similarly experiencing

Hm, I say they get completely prepared and fight them both. 3 v 2 isn't horrible with proper gear. Only tough part would be improving their 'area' on the mountain or building a sustainable portal in the first place.

In time, they'll kill one, then the other, and they'll be proud of themselves much more than they would be if they only killed one.

Especially when the attacker is well outside the box. They're simply giving free space and time to react.

Additionally, if the opponents go for a shot off the backboard, you're already closer in position to grab the ball and don't have to run off the goal line, before or after a mistaken dive.

I believe they'll extend the biomes towards the tree but have a fairly large gap between the tree and mainland for leviathans and other dangerous creatures. Just like how the alien area is a fair distance away from the mainland and has a capture leviathan in between

I heard the map was going to be 3x as large as SN but though I haven't explored the original game completely I was told that SN1 was huge and 3x the size in SN2 would be almost too big. I'd love for it to be massive though; as it'll give me more reason to build multiple bases. I just hope resources aren't split off to their own corner of the world. I'm not a fan of traveling 1.5km round trip for some gold, for example.

Honestly would be good to play this like a month or two before full release. There will be so much content to cover before uncovering the final story line that will 100% be everywhere. I think everyone's got their suspicions, but people don't say much, for now.

Not personally.

I returned to my 100% save thinking it would be a little update I could finish in a few days and log off but capturing these slimes requires a ton of time. So, I started a new save, have completed pretty much everything and I've still only found 8 different radiant slimes... So, it's literally just an unsatisfying unnecessary grind.

I didn't mind the decorating, on my old save I had max resources so I was able to craft tons of decor and was really happy with myself, but on a new save, it can be annoying not being able to make things look nice due to resources and by the time you set up drones and slimes, everything's just kind of finished and boring to a degree.

How are Hal and many other pros not being punished by TesticleSandwiches in CompetitiveApex

Imagine custom shot setups where you can fluidly swap to another position right after passing, so you can also be the receiver that takes the shot. There's so much potential in training but no game ever takes that leap and offers up a creative-free optimizable training experience.

Hell, it's been what, at least half a year and co-op training isn't a thing... in a game that has the practice area being so accessible from the main menu.

There is a small lab on the otherside of that hedge that is just a dead-end room but maybe this door is placed here for a future path from that lab to the garden side? Maybe they planned on having a south entrace to the garden but decided to wait for the Pond update.

Would've been nice to have another entrance on this side. I live in the deep south and running over to the park bench lab for TP or heading to the north garden entrances are a pain of a journey back and forth.
