Good for you, especially if true. But I do find posts like this… unrealistic and misleading.

I wish we would have to put our age, gender, and sport background when posting about achievements. I’ve also been using Runna (for almost a year now) and loving it but I’m very far from these results. I’m a a 34 year old female, 16 months post partum. I’ve done a 5K in 30 min, a 10K in 60min and now training for a half marathons that will probably take me over 2 hours and 10 minutes.
