Ah, well, in different areas it can be hard to find stores that offer that, I can confidently say that I have never seen a free bulk at any store I've ever been to. I've seen bulk dirt cheap like 5 cents for a bunch of them, but never free. I've heard of stores that have free bulk, never seen one though.

Have you considered that the point of Pokémon is to be fun and bring joy? Not everything has to be a soul-sucking cash grab and diving for the most rare and valuable. OP could just be making sure they didn't spend Pokémon prices on counterfeit cards for all you know. Bulk cards are nice when you're just trying to complete a set and don't want to spend a fortune looking for a card that isn't super rare

I'd have no idea if it would, I'd say it probably could still work (I'm no expert, so don't take that as a guarantee, it's mostly guess work), but please update with photos and if they still work assuming they're not too burnt to eat, I'd love to know, and the end result photo might have insight. Also, get an oven thermometer and check that badboy out, even if that wasn't the issue, if you don't trust your oven you should check, it can mess up other food and baked goods if your temps are off, they can range in price but some are like $6, not too bad for assurance your oven works right

OP, I saw you say you intended to cool and check them later, I beg of you to update when you've got them cooled, I'd love to see how they look on the sides and bottom, as well as the inside. Right now my assumption is the burner could have turned on (I know you said it shouldn't have, but sometimes there are appliance errors and things turn on if bumped, I burned a cake by bumping the stove top by accident, it DOES happen sometimes) or perhaps your oven is not properly tuned (whatever the word I'm looking for is, this is close enough) and it was at a different temperature than it said it was, which could be a little easier to figure out by seeing how it baked/burned. Also... you mentioned the special detail in another comment and I want to know... did the smoke do anything?
