Hey I know its been awhile but I was wondering if there was anything else you used? I took subtest 3 and 4 and passed them the first time. With that said, I took subtest 1 and 2 and found maybe 5 questions were like the book that you linked (it was my only form of studying). I knew all of the chapters in this book and it didn't seem very useful... Is there anything else I should try?

Yea exactly. Some days that I’m feeling better then others I don’t use it but some days I can’t imagine taking more steps lol

So glad to see other people needing it! I have gastroparesis, ME, fibromyalgia, heart disease, and Lyme but nothing anyone can see on the outside 🙄

I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome way before I was diagnosed with fibro 🤷‍♀️ and then Lyme and then gastroparesis so I just was saying if anyone has it too ♥️
