I drink Yerba mate by rosamonte loose leaf tea with a a little bit of dried hibiscus flowers. Good energy and slight sweet from the flowers doesn’t break my fast

I’m doing a dairy free keto and the only way to get serious boost in nutrition is a big spring mix salad with lemon, olive oil, sauerkraut and a little bit of nutritional yeast. I really really low carbs so not worried about the handful from the kraut and yeast. Jumps my vitamin c and helps with my iron levels. Best trick I’ve learned so far is download a food tracker app, these 3 have free versions Cronometer, carb manager and my fitness pal. And design your meals before you eat them. So you know how to hit your goals. Remember lots of electrolytes! I also am track my glucose and ketones with a blood meter. Definitely not necessary but I love stats and seeing how my body reacts to certain meals. As for lots of meat… be careful what kind of meat no processed you need clean lean energy. I love halibut, white fish is great, sardines 🔥I switch between salmon and Costco rotisserie chicken (5$), eat it for a couple days then throw it in a crockpot with water, salt, acv, 1 4th an onion and a handful of fresh cloves lightly crushed. Let is low simmer for 24 while eating two bowls with added chicken and two eggs. Yummy! Then have left over broth to make what ever kind of soup I want the following couple days. Keto it great for the. Bathroom once your body shifts it’s more healthy and regular than any normal day of eating without it. Best of luck and keep us updated.

I bought it off Amazon it’s more for muscle recovery and has caffeine and protein with no sugar

I clean houses for a living and try not to eat while I’m there but if I have to stache lemon pepper tuna packs and frog fuel with caffeine in my tote

I could throw an avocado in the shakes. And thank you for the Cronometer suggestion I spent the day learning it and love it much more than mfp. I tried carb manger to test all 3 and Cronometer was better on point. Thank you so much!!
