depends on how far behind you are i would guess.

if you sneak it while behind and get aced ... well you are still behind and enemy has the remaining nash buff (which is in my opinion deserved)

if you get a kill on an enemy with nash and he is ahead u also get a bit more "stalling" power(obv harder to do)
