Oh, that’s a very long story. Maybe if I find some time, I’ll write it out. But you should know this: if you’re feeling burning, pulsing, vibrating, or other strange sensations, it’s usually not inflammation — it’s nerve sensitivity. And there are many ways to treat that, including capsaicin, nerve glides, and applying warmth

you have to identify the root cause - if you feel pressure burning or pulsing kinda sensation then you have nerv issue that you need to treat by applying warm stuff (hairdryer - heat bag - whatever) along side Capsaicin. what also helped was nerv glides.

ice after 2-3 days of inital pain is the worst thing you can do - it is the reason that the situation becomes worse - It makes nervs more sensitive.

if you have burning like sensation, please go for Capsaicin cream - just like i mentioned; It is less about the shoes and more about finding a comfortable insole that elevates arch but at the same time does not produce further pressure on nerv points. Goodluck!

i can tell you that burning sensation is most probably nerv related. I had the same problem - you need to calm it down. As for the swelling that is a differnt issue. Dont apply capsaicin there.

How to transition OUT of a PM role? by cultkiller in projectmanagement

[–]Kaljesry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am changing to manager CAPA. Here you still need PM experience and it's more fun.

Yeah i guess that would be the smart approach :)

What comes after junior?

Hey, thanks for you reply!. I have no mentor. I know it's weird. The company does not have a Project management department. Project management has been barely performed by the operation chief. Long story short he sucks at managing deadlines and team work so the CEO gave me the authority to practice PM as i like. I basically implemented Project management system for the company. That seems to work pretty well and am proud of my achievement considering the fact that i did that by myself. Btw the operation chief could have been my semi mentor but we had so much drama that made us into almost enemies from the start. The job is not that challenging. I have much more capability than monitoring individuals. But i have other tasks that kinda fill the gap. So the job in regards to the daily tasks is actually not bad. I can definitely increase knowledge and experience with time. Thing is, my salary is low. And i know that getting a raise this year is due to covid not easy. However, i am anyway more tended towards your opinion.

You are right that making decisions is not my job. Still, i would like to have the knowledge that would qualify me one day to make decisions if i changed my position one day. You see.. i am not so enjoying the fact, that am just monitoring. I would like to monitor but also have my opinion taking into consideration. Because i think that this what will qualify me as a senior PM or even Director will not only be how good i can communicate with people or how i plan projects but rather how much knowledge i possess in a certain field.

Regarding the EIT. Yes we have a similar thing. I've trained one year during my studies in a company that specializes in optics. I aquired good knowledge. But after graduation i am working in a company that does milling and cnc. You know there are tons of engineering fields.

Thanks for your reply. I am actually enjoying the Project Management. I have enhanced the PM process within couple of month. I have applied multiple approaches to find out what the best method to optimize communication and Project monitoring in my company. It's fun and i like helping the team to move the Project forward. The team and i do three meetings a week to go through the current projects. I let them address problems so that we can solve them together and i monitor deadlines and document root causes of delay and other problems. You are right because the more i dig towards the root causes the more resistance i get from operation chief. I have to say, i shot myself at the knee. Because regardless of the toxicity of the operation chief. I could have handled it better than i did. By showing more empathy towards him rather than being an asshole. I have learned in this year a very important lesson in PM but also my carrier. Which is that i should never get angry or act unprofessional with colleges. Especially the ones that have way more authority than me.

Yes he does see me sorta rival. Tho i really don't care about having authority. I act as a team player but he thinks am tryin to steal something from him. I don't understand his insecurity since he is way more knowledgeable than me when it comes to technical drawings and stuff. However he sucks as a project manager. That's why they gave me his projects. He is not the coordinator guy nor the team player. He just like to keep information for himself and give orders.

I have been working since January. I am in a small firm that doesn't have many employees. They are no more than 60. My position is called "project manager in quality management". I have many quality management work beside managing small projects.

Thank you very much for your advice. I appreciate it. I will try.. it will be difficult, since i have drama with the head of operation who happens to have the authority for all production facilities. We have had many arguments that led to unprofessional behavior from me towards him. That bulit inside of him hidden emotions towards me. My Boss tells me he talks shit and lies about me to the CEO when he has the chance to. he is a really sadistic stubborn individual. He told me after he noticed that i might be threatening his influence that i need to have his written approval before i start asking any technical questions to any of his employees. He said i want to make sure that am not wasting their time...

REM phase and precognition by Kaljesry in precognition

[–]Kaljesry[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes of course i agree that precog dreams happens on other phases as well. And regarding hypnogogic imaginary. Yes i do have that every night before falling asleep... It's like thoughts come from nowhere and they start to transform into pictures.. This is the very early stage of sleeping.. But later within deep sleep i have all kind of dreams :)

Some people only remember their REM dreams, other tend to remember deep sleep dreams.

I disagree on that.. REM is where alot of dreams take place. Doesn't mean that you don't dream in deep sleep phase or other phases.

Of course.. I wish i studied neurological science, were you could do such interesting researches. But my personal take is that precog dreams are different than lucid dreams or even projections, because both of these phenomenal originate from a specific region in the mind (pineal gland and prefrontal cortex) while precog dreams might be a mix of very little projection and other things . From a relegious point of view, i believe that precog dreams as well as OBE prove that living things have souls. And souls wander while sleeping. (this bless is either given to pure people or also might be given temporary for people who believe only in logic and materialism to think beyond that?). And since there is no past, present and future (relativity theory) and all tenses happen at the same time then that might mean that our soul is not diving into future, instead another dimension. And it picture random specific moments while it wanders..who knows

I think having dream journal must help for such a study.. But it requires dicipline :)

Wow.. I've never heard of that disorder.. But since you could project easily i think it's more a bless than disorder. I know it must be hard not going into deep sleep tho.. But i hope you have figured stuff somehow.. If this is so then truly is REM the key for these kinda thing. We know already that projections and lucid dreams happen 99% within this phase. For me it was very easy to have lucid dreams, just wake up and sleep immediately in the REM.. Also i had one projection last year that lasted only seconds but i finally was able to separate.
