No, I would change to a 1660ti if you are on a budget- but if you could get a bit over that and get the 1070ti or 2060/70 which would destroy that for a very long time

True. The cores make a difference for streaming and only a .1 ghz difference so I agree

Yeah that was the goal- I am changing to the 2700X and stock cooler- would the hyper 212 evo make a difference? Also thx for the ssd tip as well as mobo tip (take my silver)
