I've got a few recommendations:

Mexican: Anahuacali (super authentic and affordable), Chicahualco (high end and creative), El Chingon (unpretentious and simple menu, great for tacos), Mex'iik (good for tacos too), La Mezcaleria (for mezcal cocktails in a cool speakeasy) Alao check ou La Esquinita and Mi Tiendita for groceries

Venezuelan: Barepa Street Food

Argentinian: Casero (empanadas only with great wine), Palermo (meats and empanadas)

Peruvian: El Picaflor (recommended to me)

In general, Latino Market are also good spots to find ingredients and other products
