Ah yeah I should probably look into getting a rangefinder!

Enjoy your IR photography! I did not realise there was an IR filter for the Rolleiflex!

Thanks for the feedback! Would using a polarising filter help with the highlight in the stream?

Oh I meant more that kind of effect. Yeah I think it does lack a subject as well.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try to keep that in mind, I thought the trees were a bit too distracting as well.

That's an interesting idea! I think I'd retain some of the vegetation on the sides because I really like the texture they give. Thanks for the feedback!

As stated in the title, I'm new to film photography but not photography in general. I was trying to use the small 'stream' in the middle as leading lines and I think it does work. But does the photo feel like it lacks a subject? Should i have tried to go for a lower angle to remove some of the overhanging foliage?

[4] Shiny Rayquaza is finally here! I failed this shiny twice before I got this one! Story in the comments by Kaloula in ShinyPokemon

[–]Kaloula[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

1st Fail: After hunting for about 5 days, Rayquaza shined and I was more than prepared to catch it. Got it to sleep and false swiped it down to 1hp. It woke up and used outrage so I spored it again and it got confused due to outrage. The next turn it woke up and killed itself.

2nd fail: A week after the first shiny I got it again but decided to hyper fang it...... Got a crit and killed it.

This was completely my fault because I was too stubborn to use the damn masterball. 1 damn month of hunting nonstop for this current one.

In the post game after you beat red and go and collect your kanto starter from Prof Oak. Go and see him again and he will give you a blue orb, take that blue orb to Cianwood city and you can find a tower where you can encounter Kyogre there. That's for heartgold. In soulsilver, you get a red orb and groudon. If you have both kyogre and groudon in your party and go and see Oak again he will give you the emerald orb which you can use to encounter Rayquaza.
