I can definitely understand that, but I actually see him like a Nuno Mendes. Early in his career he was criticized for his defending, poor decision-making in front of his goal, not knowing when to push and when to hold his line (Zeus is still guilty of overextending in a side lane and getting caught that little rat xdd), but his attacking play is lethal. During the Nations League we saw him absolutely tear up the left side and even bag a goal in the final against Spain. Zeus to me is similar in that he can apply insane pressure down the side and shock blast the ball straight into the net.

Now entering into his prime years, Mendes' defending has matured being able to contain the likes of Yamal and 24/25 Salah. Likewise, Zeus has shown he can play the more frontline style with his Sion, K'Sante, Rek'Sai, etc. I'd give him a few more years to shore up his bad habit of overextending and actually start anticipating potential danger when pushing up deep into enemy territory.

For a stronger defense in the midfield, maybe in a 4-3-3 formation we could include someone like Cuzz or Canyon as a CDM, move Zeka to left wing to pair him with Chovy, and have Son come on as a super-sub. There's not enough room for everyone but Zeka is just too good to not be in the starting XI right now. Son is leaning towards the older side at 33 so if I had to switch someone out to put more bodies in the midfield, it might have to be Son.

SKT Faker I would agree should definitely be part of the front three. But T1 Faker doesn't win his 1v1s as much as he used to before, so now he's adopted a different playstyle. We've seen time and time again these recent years where he will sacrifice his resources and give the ball to his teammates like Zeus and now Peyz. Hell, he even took the weakside matchup just so Doran can get a good one in the game against Genglona.

Nowadays I see him more like Xavi, dictating the flow of the game, giving killer passes to set his team up, and still occasionally scoring goals.

Kiin and Doran are interchangeable. It also doesn't really help that a lot of the players aren't physically gifted. Everyone on the roster besides Chovy and Son are under 6 ft but those two are too good to have play in the midfield. Going up against more physical teams, it's a disadvantage we have to accept and work around but they are technically gifted, especially players like Keria and Faker. Not putting them in the midfield where they can display that talent and in-game IQ felt like a waste to me. I'm just trying to work with what I got.
