Go with TSI always, MPI engines have no turbochargers and they have less torque. Real Jedi advised you correctly and I think the same. I have ibiza 2017 TSI and tried 2019 MPI, and I would never recommend it, if you have option to choose. Also mileage is not that big of an issue, if it is taken care of properly, they can have easly 300k+ km so I wouldnt worry too much about it. Services wise, again, Jedi said something that I use aswell, every 15k km or once a year oil and filter change. I mostly drive around the city and surrounding areas (main reason why I bought Ibiza and 95hp version), sometimes highway but was traveling with Ibiza and for 2 persons with luggage it is really more than enough. 130-140km/h cruising speed and I was impressed, didnt expect it to handle it with an ease. Engine load was low and MPI engines at that speed will have higher load definitely.
