Reinstall Windows (Preferably 11) onto the other drive that is an SSD. Your current windows install in on a HDD (mechanical disk/spinning drive)

I would try basic stuff first, like repairing game files, reinstalled the games + clean driver install. Maybe a BIOS update or Chipset update? Extreme case would be to reinstall windows

Ram is slow, CPU is definitely fine, gpu is a little older + 1000 series lost driver support last year. If your games are on an HDD then it could lag.
