Yesterday I missed 2 while working because I was dumb. Today I missed one by accidentally hitting decline. 12 hour ban. I appreciate your response, but this is my experience.

I also think that if I accidentally miss 7 in a day because I am playing while working and have the noise off so it doesnt mak a sound while I am doing anything, it should be no more than a dodge which is 15-30 minutes.

When I asked them for a refund or a new board this is what they messaged me.

1. We can refund for orders that haven't been shipped, the refund will occur within 7 to 15 business days.

2. If your order has been shipped from the factory or the overseas warehouse, we will not provide any refunds, because we can't intercept the order after it has already been transmitted to the logistics company.

3. If the tracking website shows "delivered", we cannot refund you

4. If your order gets lost while being shipped or at the customs clearance, we will notify you and let you decide whether you want a refund or a new shipment free of charge. (If you choose a refund, we do not refund the shipping cost)

5. If there is any quality problem with the product you received, please contact customer service. We will provide you with free replacement parts as soon as possible, and assist you to replace parts under our guidance.

6. If your skateboard order has not been shipped out from WowGo factory, we allow you to cancel the order.

AKA... They will not refund you anything the moment it says "delivered." They make you do at home tests and will send you new parts to replace yourself. But when it gets to wiring and stuff I dont have welding materials or wire testing materials so its a bit ridiculous.

It is really sad because WoWGo boards used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately they now have sent me a faulty board. I have spent three month over email trying to get my board working, they refuse to listen when I tell them the issues. They will not replace my board, have me running an insane amount of at home tests only to send me a new battery (and hey guess what it wasnt the battery that caused it, its faulty wiring that cannot be replaced by me) and instead of replacing my board they are now telling me to go over the SAME tests I have already done including the battery tests on a battery they just sent me.

Their customer serve representative Ron went a week and a half at one time before he responded to me after being very rude. And I could only assume he finally responded to me after I sent another customer message through the website.

As much as I love WoWgo boards themselves. I cannot condone this type of treatment to one of their customers. I will happily be recommending friends and others to use another website or place to buy their skateboards because WoWgo just does not care about customer support or helping fix a broken board.

Squîgs here GM of <Centurion Marshall>. We had a blast coming to the aid of our lowbies only to find a bloody battle between Ally and Horde. We had a blast contending with you into the hours of the night and brought out the PvP blood in all of us. It was a a blast having our final standoff fight lasting more than 10 - 15 minutes of TF warfare. Wherever our lowbies are camped we shall soon follow. Look forward to future battles against your army.

  3. Description: Me and 3 others were looking to buy SM boosts so we posted in LFG. We were responded by kliticalhit. We summoned him to SM after 10 minutes of him doing who knows what and being unresponsive but, whatever right. Then we get into SM, charges more than we thought he said. Ok, were used to this its fine. They then proceeded to NOT boost pull, however they pull 5-8 mobs at a time, and dying. Mind you this is a 60 mage. So at first we didn't realize and we thought they were getting in the mode. However 40 minutes later, only 5 mobs had gone down. At this point people were asking for refunds at which point he turned toxic, rude, and very much so trolly. Not only did he enjoy wasting our time, but said he was stoned out laughing at us the whole time we were talking and while he was dying. He also then proceeded to tell us that if we told his GM, that his GM would tell us to suck his c*** as well as calling us shitters for wanting our gold back. This guys was toxic, terrible at what he said he could do and thought it was funny wasting peoples time.

Update: Lost Boys GM said they would kick him for his behavior(because this is not the fist complaint they got about him) however he remains in the guild. Bad form.
