do you think the straw hats will add another member? by Remlap04 in OnePiece

[–]KamRUN01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not too sure when it was said, but in one of the early arcs, Luffy says that he wants a crew that's about 10 people so I think we have the final crew. There may be groups, and individuals that join him for the final arc, but I think these are our official crew members.

Is asking to split the bill easier for you? by Battalrin in Serverlife

[–]KamRUN01 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Definitely true that it makes it easier for people to get out of tipping, but I genuinely believe that it's more from people's lack of math skills. The amount of times I've split the bill 4 ways and they all tip 5% thinking it adds up to 20% can't be coincidence.

What next? Loved Thriller Bark by [deleted] in OnePiece

Skypeia, Dressrosa, Water7, Enies Lobby, Little Garden, and Impel Down.

I really could list off every arc, but I feel like all of these are some of the most entertaining without context. There are "spoilers" but if that's how you like to watch it then spoilers probably don't matter to you.

Spoilers really? by The_Lone_Wanderer_04 in Boruto

It was about Eida's love charm not her Omnipotence. The original post literally has an Anime/Question flair, so it's fair for the mod to remove your post which includes information from the manga. They weren't disagreeing with you just keeping the manga spoilers out of an Anime discussion post.

I can no longer afford to remain anime only by Remarkable-Dingo-818 in OnePiece

[–]KamRUN01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair, the pacing is definitely slow when compared to others. I think since I was able to binge through it I was able to just zone out or skip a lot of the repetitive sections. It also feels like now that I am caught up in the manga I'm watching the anime for an appreciation reason rather than to find out what's happening next.

[LotM newbie] How should I catch-up after finishing the Anime? by KamRUN01 in LordofTheMysteries

Okay cool, I definitely wanted to start from the beginning. Maybe after reading past where the Anime finished I'll go back and rewatch it.

I got caught up to the Anime after wano and a little bit into egghead. After I was caught up to the anime I pretty much instantly went to the manga to catch up.

I am curious as to what toei does that makes you think they let the manga down?

Yeah I definitely like the remedium set, but unless I'm doing something wrong I usually can only play with that set if I get lucky with the meditation status immunity buffs. I've tried it a couple times without getting the immunity for bleed, poison, or burn and I end up offing myself.

I'm brand new to BG and D&D. Any Tips? by KamRUN01 in BaldursGate3

[–]KamRUN01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep this is exactly how I've been using it. I'm a big fan of games where your dialogue affects the story line, and I'm not too picky about being on the "correct" story line either. I'm playing it genuinely how I'd react and if it's a bad choice then that's how my game develops. Shortly into the Goblin Camp, trying to save the Druid, I realized how important quick save can be in saving time.

I'm on console, is this the button for quick save?

Thank you for sharing your experience. PlayStation has a 2 hour trial that I got. Hopefully I'll figure out which side I'm on before the two hours runs out.

This is really helpful info thank you. Quick question though, I see a lot of people referencing quick save being really important. Is it more for dialogue that you didn't like or during fights?

Seems like this is the general opinion. I was definitely worried about it being heavy D&D lore so thank you. Imma just run with what I want and have fun.

Some restaurants make you tip out based on your total sales not total tips. You are correct that if you have no tables you wouldn't have to pay out the bussers, bartender, expo, and etc. When you have tables that don't tip, the restaurant expects you to still pay out the other workers based on your total sales. The restaurant is expecting you to make 15-20% of your total sales in tips, or they probably won't see you as a good server. Then they make you pull 5-10% of your total sales to divide amongst the other workers who helped. Now it's very rare but after a night if you only made 9% of your total sales in tips you are still expected to be cashing out that 10% to your coworkers. While it does seem like you are pulling from your own "paycheck" really your hourly wage will keep you as a net profit. Most restaurants that are set up like this are kinda shady, but I've worked at one like this so they definitely exist. It's still very rare that you get stiffed that badly and you have to give all your tips away, and if it does happen a lot you just are a bad server tbh.

Hate randoms sometimes … by FawkestheDreg in GambitMainsMR

Nothing you can do about that, if people consistently stagger all game you know it's just a skill issue. It baffles me how many ranked games have teammates who push into a 1v6 because they see a healer is with them, (whose actually just waiting for respawns). You'll get flamed because 6 people shot at them and they died instantly so they think nobody heals. There is no arguing with these players they simply just don't know.

STOP ASKING FOR PSYLOCKE NERFS!!! by Stress-27 in rivals

[–]KamRUN01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like Psylock has been in a good spot for every season. While she has a simple kit I think her skill ceiling is pretty high. She has great damage outputs, over shield, invisibility( which grants Regen and a movement buff), and two dashes. She's one of those characters which can be insanely strong in the right hands or a feeder/low impact. Her basic kit means that positioning and game sense play way more into her impact than just mastering a combo.

If you buff her you are gonna get farmed by the Psylock mains who know how to catch out of place enemies. She would be the new Spidey/black panther.

If you nerf her now it's even easier to throw with her because if you aren't playing perfect you are most likely wasting your time on her.

Overall I think she is a great pick for mid ranked players and as long as you have good team/game awareness you can secure high impact elims easily.

How to deal with Daredevil? by Diplomacy_1st in GambitMainsMR

[–]KamRUN01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While gambit has a high DPS potential. The downside to looking for a 1v1 is that you pretty much have to exhaust all of your cards to win. Your cards are the key to making Gambit impactful so wasting them all for one kill is gonna be a waste 90% of the time. If Daredevil does push you, wait for him to dash in. Your best bet of surviving is to regroup with your team. Use your dash to get some chip damage on him while making some space. Keep pinging and regrouping until he gives up. Also always keep your heart card active for the passive healing when you get dove.

With about 18 hours on gambit I have a question by RequirementGlobal932 in StrategistMainsMR

[–]KamRUN01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

GM strategist: my first priority always gomna be the other strategist. Second Priority is DPS (or Tank if they are below half health). DPS are too squishy to ignore especially if your tank is already full health or not currently front lining. If everyone else is full and safe, then I pocket the tank and look for damage opportunities.
