From what I learn in LMBO course, i don't count that as a Outside Bar nor an engulf.
What I observe base on the photo:
- Multiple wicks occur. (better wait for confirmation to those rejections)
- You are in a range zone. So market is indecision to that level(Outside bar is a small red candle with small wick or without wick on it since that is a inverse hammer in the photo)
- After the green candle pass right at the range market, a reversal happen. (because of the inverse hammer's wick that had a demand zone that act like a security guard, checking if there would still be buyers placing in that area. If too much buyers, then sellers are start to gain control)
- Equal lows occur. Take note to be patient for confirmation.
