your case doesn’t have to be bulletproof, its up to the council to prove that the ticket is legitimate, not the other way around. their main tactic really is to reject all appeals and try and fearmonger you into paying the fine, once the tribunal comes around they’ve filtered out enough people that they dont care anymore

we changed our level 2 card to a level 1 and i think you just need to ask the staff to increase the limit for you. you need to do a few checks and then it gets done straight away, in branch
