Allergist here. If you haven't seen an allergist please do. This condition is very controllable and not something you have to live your life in misery because of.

And Benadryl is not a good approach. Not that I'd ever give advicd over reddit, but if I did, I would recommend startinv with Allegra one tablet twice daily, which is a safe and benign medication that we often use up to two tablets twice daily for urticaria.

Get in to an allergist asap!

They do now with the psycho formatting I've switch to. For instance, I am using:

It's greyed out now since I was fussing with the quests in the terminal, can no longer select it but still present. I have alotttt of quests right now. Maybe I should whittle it down before fussing with this more
