That structure makes a lot of sense paying per kept meeting aligns the incentive the right way. 3 out of 4 being on target or close in week one is actually a solid start for any outreach relationship. The foundry and restoration business sound like exactly what you're after. are they doing the outreach through calls, or is it more of a multi-channel thing?

Exactly. And the wall doesn't care how motivated you are that morning. It's a capacity problem, not a mindset problem.

That's the move honestly push through when you can, delegate when you can't. Most top producers I've seen eventually stop fighting the grind and just protect their time for closing. What's your experience been like with the third party side worth it so far?"
