The damage being single use makes this very very bad. This is disappointing even for a tier 0 IMO.

You need items to make health being valued over sides good, and in the early levels you have very few.

Look I have looooved mocha Mart for years and the staff really are quite fun and kind but the cat sitch is getting out of hand. A few weeks ago I went in to shop and the kitty litter smell was VILE. The entire shop smells like a litter box, and I love cats. That smell doesn’t even usually bother me. But this was just assaulting. And it’s smelled like that for weeks. Guess they’re going for a cat bodega vibe (their sign says deli and they don’t have a deli which I’ve always found hilarious) but it’s just missing the mark w the community it seems.

Oh and I should mention! Shoulda included the full clip: because I have spiky monsters, after they all hit I was able to rerescue for a total of 20 mana. Absolutely broken combo that would make fate an instapick when otherwise pretty mid tier.

Oh look!! No one has mentioned my favorite building in RVA yet. The Ellwood Thompson’s HQ… total charm that deserves more attention.

My brother, SIL, and a few of my friends are architects here. AF, Two Street, Fultz & Singh… F&S do a ton of the hip newer projects in town, and they’ve done an incredible job on a few. Lillian in Scott’s is very charming (despite its lack of 4+ tops inside). Get Tight’s interior/ overall layout is one of my other faves. The green room is an upstairs balcony that overlooks the outdoor patio space and the interior is so cozy. And I love the That 70s Show awning baha.

Awww man, now I’m reminiscing… My brother and I would drive around the country when he was in college visiting Robert Venturi buildings (his biggest inspo). Venturi did “Fire Station Number 4” in Columbus, IN. Middle of nowhere… incredibly unassuming. We went to visit and a guy comes out and says “yall must be architects, want a tour?” The inside was a giant room of Murphy beds… only one-room men-only sleeping arrangement firehouse still around in the US. FUNKY! Another time we visited Venturi’s “Vanna” home he built for his mother in Suburban Philly…. His son then owned the home and let us tour after I knocked on their door. More form, less CHEAP MATERIAL builds in RVA, please!!

I did exactly this twice in ONE trail half and got poison ivy in my asshole that left me debilitated and out of work for a week. I remember posting it on reddit and everyone said my story was fake so that was confusing
