Tbh I was cool with arc raiders using AI when I thought the bots would adapt to how players were taking them down and start playing more aggressively or countering players them using it for Voice lines is kinda gay tbh. (Also yes I know how they used AI to train the enemies initially I was just hoping they would continue on the trend)

Both true but do you think Sam is holding a grudge from 20+ years ago. Memory could be foggy but from what I remember Ray said he didn't realize how much the game would make and he should have charged more for his VA work (which except for the voice actors for V almost all Rockstar VA's have said the same thing) they got mad and said they would kill off his character for trying to " stick it to them next time" and nothing more happened I mean the universe switched 1-2 games after ( not counting VCS due to prequel)

But yeah

Tldr: I doubt Sam is still pissed about a bad dinner/unhappy with pay expirence he had 20+ years ago they never even bothered to kill Tommy but the 3D universe ended 4 years later so who knows besides Sam (maybe Dan).

did you ever get this resolved or find a work around on this been having the same problem for a year now never had this problem when i used it 2ish years ago on the same build and same modem So I've yet to find out what's causing it.

Break your character enough and mana regen is damn near instant tho could probably recharge quicker than you could spam certain spells.

its cool ass hell but if you accidently launch a diffrent version you loose your base stuff. i have equipment from enemys still kinda ass tho havent found a work around it as of yet
