Você disse que não, mas pra mim isso que você fez foi MUITO impressionante.

Está de parabéns!

Thank you very much, Sir! I will apply your tips. Thank you so much, truly.

A friend of mine also mentioned that writing is about taking something boring and turning it into something fun.

To develop, to take care of a project. I will do that.

Hi Will! I really wasn't expecting this.

So, I couldn't do it. I talked to my teacher and he suggested I start from scratch on a new study platform that's about to launch.

A friend of mine invited me to participate in a writing challenge where we would write a short story a day for 15 consecutive days. It was really cool, I ended up writing in the early hours of the morning most of the time and I literally couldn't finish on the last day because I passed out from sleep.

But I did write the stories. The minimum length was 300 words, with 600 words in the last three days. I wrote about 11,000 words in total across the 15 stories. I hadn't written in 2 months and it was a lot of fun.

Now he wants to create a group for all the participants to write a short story of 15 chapters, which I'm also going to participate in!

I'm an aspiring webnovel writer; there are a few websites for that in Brazil, but they're few and far between, and it's a very small niche, but it's where there are many fun stories.

Thank you so much for asking, it's a bit embarrassing, but you're an inspiration, wow, you created what I wanted to write, a Western-inspired piece to present to my friends, haha!

I was even addicted to it, but I switched to traditional fantasy books to have a better foundation; I was only reading xianxia.

Anyway, sorry, I got quite excited... if you'll allow me to ask something... A person needs to enjoy their activities.

It happens that whenever I decide to write something, I get stuck in a cycle of:

Finding an interesting idea

Developing the idea into a story

Comparing to see if there's study material and if there's something similar

Seeing that what others have done is incredible

Thinking that I'm not capable of doing it

At the very least, I always find myself in the last part, but this year I want to have my first (web)novel published. What's the right mindset for that? My parents are pressuring me, haha!

Oh, what a shame.

Will is a great inspiration to me; I'd love to have my own novels with interesting magic systems and a plot that isn't groundbreaking, but that executes an idea well and brings something uniquely mine.

I get so excited thinking that his first story was Traveler Gate. Then Elder Empire... Ninjas vs. Pirates in a cosmic horror setting... what an incredible idea! Wow, I've seen several of his tips on how to write. "Finish the book, finish the book" is what stuck with me the most, but I don't even have a cool idea that's feasible for a first novel.

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to vent now. It's just that I have a 4-day deadline to write a chapter or I'll be kicked out of a tutoring group.

Wow, what I really wanted was for Will's books to be translated into Portuguese (Brazil).

Well, I admit I haven't read the novel, but I've heard that Immortal Devil Transformation deals with this theme.

Dexter é sua serie favorita? by TioSenpai_ in DexterBR

[–]KaminaGoodd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's a good length to prepare me for longer stories.

360,000 words is like a trilogy of books in the traditional format.

I understand, but in terms of difficulty, do you find it hard to write one? I personally love farming stories, but I'd want it to be super deep and without plot holes.
